- 2 weeks later you will come in for FREE and weigh in and receive Phase 2 nutrition plan.
- Each month following initial visit is: $75.00 (May include pills/prescriptions)
- Lipotonix Plus Injections (contains: Methionine, Inositol, Choline, L-Carnitine, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 combined into one injection) are also available for: $20.00
- Minimum office visit $40.00
- B12 Injections are available for: $5.00
