What is the best way to protect my skin from the effects of the sun?

Exfoliation is the process of removing dead or diseased skin from the body. There are many methods such as scrubbing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and lasers. In ancient Egypt Cleopatra would bathe in stale milk (lactic acid peel).
